About Me
I've been married for almost 20 years, have daughters, and live in Southeast Texas. I'm a graduate of Lamar University and hold degrees in Corporate Communications and Early Childhood Education. Drawing on years of experience in public education, home-school education, teaching, ministry, massage therapy, and the healing arts, I bring a multifaceted perspective to every coaching relationship. My approach is grounded in presence, ethical standards, and a coaching mindset that honors the unique needs of each client. I serve in leadership positions throughout my community and have a reputation for being "kinda like a lifejacket". With gifted compassion, I understand "the hard things" that hold people down. I value healing, freedom, wisdom, and the ability to grow in truth.
